Why Hidden Hills Homeowners
Hire Alpha One Electric.
Hidden Hills is a private gated community of large lots, custom-built homes, and a level of architectural ambition that makes electrical work non-trivial. The properties tend to be 5,000+ sq ft, the panels run 320A or 400A, the lighting plans involve hundreds of fixtures across interior, exterior, landscape, and pool perimeter zones. We work in Hidden Hills regularly and we work the way a Hidden Hills homeowner expects: scheduled around your calendar, coordinated with the GC and the designer, signed off cleanly by inspectors.
Hidden Hills falls under LA County jurisdiction, so electrical permits route through LA County DPW. We pull every permit, schedule the inspections, and attend on-site. Most projects also coordinate with the Hidden Hills Community Association on access scheduling and contractor protocols. We handle that end-to-end.

Hidden Hills Permits & Process.
Most of Hidden Hills is unincorporated Los Angeles County, which means electrical permits go through LA County Department of Public Works (DPW). Inspection schedules through LA County DPW typically run 2-3 weeks from permit issuance to first available inspection slot. We pull every permit, manage the scheduling, and meet inspectors on-site so you don’t spend an afternoon coordinating with the county. Most Hidden Hills projects also coordinate with the Community Association regarding access hours and contractor entry protocols — we handle that as well.
